Paley, Nina

Filmmaker and animator Nina Paley?s award-winning short animated films screen in festivals worldwide. In 2001, she completed ?Fetch!?, the first 35mm film to be animated entirely in Macromedia Flash (using techniques outlined in this book). Nina created her first completely camera-less 15-per/70mm (IMAX) film in 2000, ?Pandorama.? Her clients include Stanford University, CERN, and the California Academy of Sciences. Nina is also a widely published cartoonist, the creator of ?Fluff? for Universal Press Syndicate, and co-creator of ?The Hots? for King Features Syndicate.
