Matt Pack has an exercise science background and began his fitness career in Washington, D.C. back in 1998. Matt sold his then company in D.C. and started from scratch in Miami where he now owns Primal Fit Miami, a 1400sq/ft group training facility that happens to be one of the most profitable training gyms per sq/ft in the country.
