Owitz, Sydney

Owitz, a native of South Africa, was born in Johannesburg, where he received his education. He graduated in Medicine at the University of Cape Town. He practiced as a family physician for many years, whereupon he and his family moved to New York, where he continued with his medical studies and practiced as an anesthesiologist.
