Ovcharov, Boyko

Boyko Georgiev Ovcharov is an MBA graduate from the University of Buckingham, the United Kingdom (2002). In 2003 he also completed his scientific (MPhil) research work in the field of ICT in view of societal and economic change at the same academic institution.
