Otto Jr, Clark

Ever since the 5th or 6th grade, back in 1985, Clark Otto, Jr. has been practicing cartooning with his own characters. Since the 1990s, he has created a series of graphic novels about fantasy and adventure starring two young dragons and a former dog.
