Oshel, Robert E.

retired as Associate Director for Research and Disputes of the National Practitioner Data Bank in 2008. He led the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' research into malpractice and medical discipline issues and also headed the Department's "Secretarial Review" process for disputed Data Bank reports.
