Joy Ohagwu--born in Lubbock, Texas USA--hails from a well-educated family. She accepted Jesus at age seventeen and is grateful for His daily grace in her life and writing. Joy earned a Masters in International Affairs from American University, Washington DC. She's been honored with awards for academic research, youth leadership and community service in recent past. She pens stories during evenings, weekends, and on her daily commute. The New Rulebook is her debut novel. Joy enjoys running, movies, community service and Christian concerts when occasioned.
