Charles J. Ogletree, Jr. is the Jesse Climenko Professor of Law and Executive Director of the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute for Race and Justice at Harvard Law School. Austin Sarat is William Nelson Cromwell Professor of Jurisprudence and Political Science at Amherst College.
