O'Meara, Barry

Barry O'Meara is a consultant at the leading City firm, Rowe & Maw. He has previously worked in the Legal Department of Imperial Chemical Industries Ltd. He was part of the transformation of ICI from a major English company to a "world class" international company. He has served on the Committee of the Law Society's Commerce and Industry Group, and was Chairman in 1977. He was a founder member of the European Company Lawyers' Association, of which he was President for three years.
