PAUL & NUALA O'HIGGINS Paul & Nuala O'Higgins are the directors of Reconciliation Outreach. They are natives of Ireland now living in Stuart, Florida. They travel extensively in an international ministry of teaching, reconciliation, healing and evangelism which has taken them to over 30 nations. Paul holds a doctorate in Biblical theology and Nuala is a graduate in Education from the University of London. They are the authors of several books. They have led dozens of groups to Israel and have visited the land more than 40 times.
