O'Connor, Barbie

Barbie O'Connor spends most of her time helping other people manage their money. During the seventeen years as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, she managed over $100 million for her clients. When she retired as a vice-president in 1995, she went on to run an Indy Car team whose car raced in both the 1995 and 1996 Indy 500 races. Most recently she gives seminars on basic money management and serves on community boards.
