EXPERIENCE Dr. O'Connell began his career teaching fifty-four students, eight subjects a day in the same classroom. He then spent two years teaching high school English before beginning his career as a guidance counselor. He does volunteer work at Roosevelt High School, N.Y., working with minority students in their efforts to enter and finance college. He works under the auspices of THE YONKERS PARTNERS IN EDUCATION.
