Alfred Trubner Nutt (22 November 1856 - 21 May 1910) was a British publisher, now best known for his writing as folklorist and Celticist. Nutt was born in London, the eldest son of David Nutt, a London publisher. His mother was the grand-daughter of another well-known publisher, William Miller. He was educated at University College London and College de Vitry-le-Francois, in Maine, France.
