Noyes, David M.

Noyes was educated in and around Chicago. He was a newspaper and advertising executive. He was called to Washington during the Roosevelt Administration to work with Donald M. Nelson on the War Production Board. It was on this job that he met and worked with Senator Harry Truman. Noyes was an advisor, biographer and friend to Mr. Truman for 30 years.
