Bruce Girard is founding director of Fundacion Comunica. He has published widely on various aspects of communication, communication rights, and participatory communication. Among his books are A Passion for Radio, Global Media Governance (with Sean O Siochru and Amy Mahan, 2002), The One to Watch: Radio ICTs and interactivity, and Communicating in the Information Society.
