Leo A. Notenboom has been writing software in various forms since 1976. In over 18 years at Microsoft, he held both managerial and individual contributor roles in a number of groups ranging from programming languages to Windows Help, Microsoft Money and Expedia. Since leaving Microsoft in 2001, Leo's been answering tech questions at the extremely popular Ask Leo! web site and expending his efforts on various consulting and entrepreneurial projects.
