Bill Norton is an aeronautical and flight test engineer who retired in 2002 from a 20-year career as a US Air Force Officer. He is a 1992 graduate of the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a bachelor of science degree in Aerospace Engineering, and he also holds a master of science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
