Norris, Norman Dale

Norris is a twenty-year veteran of the classroom. He began his career as a music instructor before moving into school management and instructional leadership. He contines to instruct music in the Orleans Parish public school system and serves as professor of education at both Nicholls State University and the University of Phoenix. His professional interests include quantiative and qualitative methods, research design, curriculum reform, and policy analysis.
