Noon, Kevin F.

Kevin F. Noon, Ph.D., received his doctorate from Texas A&M University, specializing in wetlands. For 25 years, he has been involved in land development and wetland mitigation policy development. Currently, he is chairman and cofounder of Critical Habitats, Inc. a land development and consulting company that specializes in environmental banking.
