Nolan, Riall

Nolan is a social anthropologist and international development specialist. A former Fulbright Scholar, he has lived and worked overseas for nearly twenty years, in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the former Soviet Union. He is currently Associate Provost and the Director of the Institute for Global Studies and Affairs at the University of Cincinnati.
