Nolan, Janet

Janet Nolan lives in Illinois with her husband and four-year-old dog, Ladybug. She has two adult children, who she couldn't be prouder of. Janet has a B.A. from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, and a master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
