Noel has an extensive background in all facets of the communication industry. He worked his way through the ranks as a news reporter, radio/television announcer, and columnist, to a front-line Public Relations Professional, and on to become a widely respected PR executive in both private industry and public service. He now owns his own communication consulting firm and is living his dream as a teacher and writer.
