Kelly Niles-Yokum, PhD, MPA, is an associate professor of gerontology, University of La Verne, California. Dr. Niles-Yokum also serves as a managing editor for "Gerontology and Geriatrics Education, " the official journal of the Association for Gerontology in Higher Education. She is active in national and regional gerontology organizations.
