Niemeyer, Paul V.

Paul V. Niemeyer has served as Circuit Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit since August 7, 1990. From 1973 to 1988, Judge Niemeyer was a member of the Court of Appeals Standing Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure. From February 1988 to August 1990, he served as judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Born in Princeton, NJ in 1941, he attended Kenyon College and the University of Munich.
