Pengfei Ni is a Professor of Economics at the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), Beijing, China. He is Secretary General of the Global Urban Competitiveness Project (GUCP), and Chief Editor of the Chinese Urban Competitiveness Report and the Global Urban Competitiveness Report.
