Fredric Neuman is a psychiatrist, currently Director of the Anxiety and Phobia Center of White Plains Hospital. His first two novels, "The Seclusion Room," published by Viking Press and "Maneuvers," published by Dial Press received international acclaim in the five countries in which they were published.
