Dr. Neff earned his Ph.D. from the department of Kinesiology at Michigan State University in E. Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Neff has worked with a wide variety of athletes and business people, helping them to better per-form by creating innovative plans and showing them how to effectively set goals and handle pressure. As a college professor, Dr. Neff teaches psychology, sport psychology and goal setting courses in the Dallas area.
