Born and raised in the Deep South, Margaret moved to England after college and lived there for several decades before relocating to Houston and then Mexico. Her first husband is English and her second Mexican; she has lived through some major transitions before hitting rock bottom in Houston and eventually coming out on top in Mexico. While in England she had a flourishing career as a business trainer, working across Europe in major international high tech companies.
