Gene Gregorits began writing at the age of 7, in the rural Hell of Pennsylvania. In 1995, he moved to New York City and began publishing independent magazines. Since 2011, he has published over a dozen books of prose, poetry, criticism, and journalism, including the underground classic "Dog Days Volume One" and three other novels. His current project, "Intra-Coastal," emerged amid a flurry of criminal charges in September of 2014, and has sold nearly a thousand copies with no advertising and no media attention whatsoever.
