Jo Marshall lives in the Pacific Northwest near active volcanoes and old growth rainforests. She enjoys learning about climate change, reading mysteries, working puzzles, and listening to NPR. In 1986, while living in West Berlin, she earned a B.A. in German Language and Literature, and for many years, lived in the D.C. area, working as the legal assistant for two nonprofits' General Counsels at their national headquarters.
