Samir Muqaddin, formerly known as Lionel Grandison, is the deputy coroner who investigated Marilyn Monroe's case and signed her death certificate. Grandison was employed by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office in 1962 and has been a central figure in the Marilyn Monroe mystery for more than 50 years.
