ABOUT THE AUTHOR Jeff Mullins is a tent making pastor serving in rural churches in Northwestern Oregon for the past 25 years. During that time he has been actively involved in training men to carefully interpret the Bible and effectively preach including six different month long trips to conduct pastoral training in Russia and Africa. Jeff has has a great passion for God's Word and a fervor careful interpretation and purposeful practical application.
