Mullerson, Rein

Rein Mllerson is Professor and Chair of International Law at King's College, London where he is also the Director of the MA Programme on International Peace & Security. He was the Head of the International Law Department of the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR and Adviser to President Gorbachev on issues of international law.
