JOHN A. MULLANEY has spent much of his career in the investment industry evaluating and managing real estate investments. He was previously employed as an assistant vice president for Integrated Resources Equity Corporation, a subsidiary of one of the top real estate syndicators during the 1980s, and as a vice president for MML Investor Services, a subsidiary of Mass Mutual Insurance Company.
