Robert A. Moylan, LCPC, is a sports psychology counselor for a wide variety of athletes and the author of three books on the topic of emotional core therapy. Over the years he's learned that these same techniques can help an even broader range of people outside of the sports world and has helped individuals with different types of mental health issues as well.
