Jubilee Mosley was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. As the daughter of two West-Indian immigrants, she learned the value of working hard and how to use her God given gifts to change and postively impact the world around her. In 2008, at the age of 26, Jubilee was diagnosed with an agressive form of breast cancer which changed her life forever. Her family stuck with her through the very tumultuous recovery process.
