Morgan, Rod

Rod Morgan is the Chair of the Youth Justice Board and a recognized expert advisor on custodial conditions to the Council of Europe and to Amnesty International. After being a Professor of Criminal Justice in the Faculty of Law at Bristol University for a number of years, he has remained there as Professor Emeritus.
