Morgan, Joseph

Joseph Morgan, a retired U.S. Naval Captain, is currently Research Associate and Assistant Director of the Environment and Policy Institute at the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Mark J. Valencia is Research Associate and Project Leader of Marine Resources and Development at the East-West Center. Together the pair edited the "Atlas for Marine Policy in Southeast Asian Seas" (California, 1983).
