I have worked as a preschool teacher. That is when I fell in love with picture books. I like children's books but I especially like picture books. I have won the Writer's Digest Writing Competition three times for my picture book manuscripts. I also have won other writing contests. I write for adults also and my poetry has been published in Leaves Magazine and Journal news.
