Mary Y. Moore is an independent library consultant, trainer, and facilitator. She worked nearly 40 years as a professional librarian, most recently with the Washington State Library, first as chief of library planning and development, then as coordinator for statewide library training. As nonprofit board member, chair, and library director (when she worked in collaboration with her library board), Moore shares practical and wide-ranging experiences from "both sides of the table." She offers popular work-shops on "Basic Boardmanship" to board trustees. Her MSLS is from Drexel University.
