Rheadrea' (Ray-dree-uh) Monet is from Washington, DC. She is a well-traveled "military brat" and the single child to a single mother. Rae enjoys being in nature (as long as it's not too close) and out by the water (literally, any water...a lake, a river, hell, a leaky pipe outside of her house will do).
