Moeckli, Daniel

Dr Daniel Moeckli is a Lecturer in the School of Law and a Fellow of the Human Rights Law Centre at the University of Nottingham. His main research interests lie in the area of human rights law, both international and national. He is a member of the Panel of Experts advising the UN Special
Rapporteur on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights While Countering Terrorism. Previously, he acted as legal adviser to the International Bar Association's Task Force on International Terrorism, worked for Amnesty International and practised criminal law for several years.
