Mitsikopoulou, Bessie

Bessie Mitsikopoulou is Associate Professor at the Faculty of English Studies, University of Athens, Greece. Her research interests are in the areas of educational linguistics, critical discourse analysis, digital and academic literacies. From 2004 to 2008, she was thematic consultant of English Literacy and a member of the scientific committee for the Second Chance Schools in Greece. Her recent books include "The Periphery Viewing the World" and "Literacy in English: Curriculum, Methodological Suggestions, Educational Materials."
