Dr. Ronald K. Mitchell is a professor of entrepreneurship in the University of Victoria Faculty of Business, is Head of the Entrepreneurship Program, and holds the Francis G. Winspear Chair in Public Policy and Business. He is also a jointly appointed Professor in the Department of Public Policy and Strategy at the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, in Beijing, PRC.
