Mitchell, Melvin L.

Mitchell, professor and director, architecture and planning program at Morgan State University in Baltimore, is a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects. He taught at Howard University and the University of the District of Columbia, and has architecture degrees from Howard and the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
