Miskel, James F.

James F. Miskel is a consultant on defense policy and homeland security. The author of "Disaster Response and Homeland Security", he coauthored "A Fevered Crescent: Security and Insecurity in the Greater Near East" with P. H. Liotta. He served under two presidents as a director of defense policy and arms control on the National Security Council.
