Charles Miske escaped from the cubicle seven years ago and embraced a fitness lifestyle based around climbing, hiking and running on the trails of his home states Utah and Colorado. On this journey he has lost 60 pounds and kept it off for over three years. His "carrot on a stick" has been the Seven Summits Quest, to climb the highest peaks on each of the seven continents.
