Dr. Sanjaya Mishra is Senior Lecturer of Distance Education at Staff Training and Research Institute of Distance Education, Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He holds a PhD in Library and Information Science, and has been a teacher of communication technology to distance educators.
