Millmore, Roy A.

Roy Millmore believes that anyone can succeed through determination and tenacity. After returning from Vietnam, he became a locomotive engineer. Finding a calling for public service, he spent forty years in law enforcement, advancing to Chief. During the same time he owned and operated a restaurant and a private investigation firm.
