Michael J. Millington, PhD, CRC, is currently the course director and senior lecturer in the rehabilitation counseling discipline at the University of Sydney, Sydney, Australia. He collaborates in family and community projects in the Asia/Oceania region through the university and within its association with the Centre for Disability Research and Policy.
